Workplace 4.0 is one such paradigm shift wherein organizations are realizing the need to retain, nurture and maximize the potential of their employees. The HR function has emerged as a strategic partner to the business to facilitate the future transition of the workplace.
With this tough in mind, XLRI PGDM (GM) Corporate Competition Committee organized an HR case competition - KRONOS 2.0. We had the nationwide participation of some of the brightest minds in solving the challenging case study. A big congratulation to the 2nd runner-up.
