FORZA 2025 Unites ISB&M Campuses in a Celebration of Talent, Legacy, and Creative Spirit
Pune, 24th July 2025 — The International School of Business & Media (ISB&M) has experienced one of its most enthusiastic and energetic celebrations in the history of the institution with the recent FORZA 2025 held at the Nande Campus in Pune. FORZA reunited students from all four ISB&M campuses — Nande, Mulshi, Kolkata, and Bangalore — and has continued to represent togetherness, competitive spirit, and the unique culture of ISB&M.
This year's theme was "Stitched with Soul, Styled to Roar," which perfectly encapsulated the spirit of the event and melded tradition, passion and bold self-expression of individuals and teams. Over the course of three incredible days, students competed in 23 different events that featured talent in any form — singing, debating, dancing, future business simulations, fashion, or visual arts storytelling.
The opening ceremony on 22nd July laid the foundation for the celebrations to come. The assembly began with the national anthem and a ceremonial lamp-lighting, followed by an address by Dr. Pramod Kumar, Founder-President of ISB&M. He spoke about the 25-year journey of institution and encouraged students to follow their heart with courage, purpose, and creativity. The event also had Dr. Arpita Roy, Campus Director of ISB&M Kolkata, Dr. Saroja Asthana, Co-Founder of the Mulshi Group of Institutes, Dr. Raghunandan N. K., Director of ISB&M, Bangalore, and Dr. S. Jayaraman, Advisor to the Bangalore Campus.
The presence of Chief Guests—Mr. Siwet Tomar, Ms. Yaashvi Shah, and Ms. Shobhika Bali further dignified the occasion. Their words resonated with students and urged them to always remain true to their individuality and pursue excellence without borders.
As the celebrations were ongoing, excitement was in the air on the campus. The auditorium turned into a venue for creativity, whether it was the first round of the War of Words competition, the Shark Tank competition, Dance-offs, or Singing battles. The event of Panache, the fashion-show synonymous to FORZA, was once again displayed with grace and glamour.
What made FORZA 2025 remarkable was the enthusiasm of the individuals involved behind the scenes. The brands team, Guest relations team, Hospitality team, Infrastructure team, Compering team, participation teams were hard at work for weeks to organize FORZA, one of the largest events on campus. The collaborative efforts of many students, made sure all participants and visitors experienced a stress-free FORZA.
An event debrief occurred on July 24, which is also the Foundation Day of ISB&M; culminating to the finals of the dance and singing competition, a fun fashion walk involving the faculty, a cake cutting ceremony and prize distribution.

Applause erupted to announce the champions and provide a delightful finish to a festival with the enjoyable tension of an emotional heaviness.
FORZA 2025 was not merely an event nor even a festival, but a celebration of the legacy ISB&M has established over the past 25 years.
