As I sit down to write about the past three months at ISB&M, Pune I can definitely tell that I have transformed my life in such a short span of time. It feels like just yesterday that I walked through the doors for the first day of my MBA journey, but what a whirlwind it has been!
The adventure began with an intense but thrilling seven-day orientation program. Those days were packed with activities that not only introduced us to the curriculum but also helped us connect with our classmates, faculty, and the vibrant culture of this institution. Every session was a unique experience, blending crucial information with fun icebreakers, allowing us to forge bonds from the get-go. It was during these early days that I began to feel the warmth of community, which I now proudly call my second family.
As the orientation faded and regular classes took over, I quickly learned that the academic environment here is both challenging and rewarding. Our professors are not just educators; they are industry experts who bring real-world insights that make the learning process dynamic and engaging. The discussions are often lively, inspiring us to think critically and creatively. I can honestly say that I have developed a newfound passion for learning and growth that was ignited by the stimulating nature of the coursework.

The memories created during these moments, whether cheering on friends at competitions or sharing late-night study sessions, are now cherished stories that I will carry with me.
As I look back at how far I've come in these three months, I am overwhelmed by the friendships I’ve formed. Friends who have become more like family, supporting each other through thick and thin, from late-night project revisions to weekend outings full of laughter. Every moment spent together has enriched my experience, reminding me that we are all on this journey together.
