MBA IN ISB&M
My name is Ritu Raj Ranjan. I was raised in Jharkhand and born in Bihar and I am at this moment living one of the most thrilling parts of my life in ISB&M Pune. The trip to this campus however, had long before I arrived at this campus and it started immediately after I had my CAT outcome. I had heard of ISB&M through one of my super seniors. The campus beauty, the regular updates of the internships and placements and the colourful events communicated by him triggered my curiosity. I was further encouraged to the college after my senior left a highly rated experience at the college, which made me have confidence in the college.
On the day that I got my offer letter, I was on the seventh heaven. I got a ticket with great excitement and went to Pune on my very first time. Just as any first day, my first days were not without trouble. The Orientation Programme (OP) was also quite hectic and I struggled to cope. However, later I realised how significant it was. OP was created to make us ready to the corporate world to report on time, eat in the short breaks, balance studies and be a disciplined person.
Shortly, I became a part of INTRA, the support crew of FORZA, where I stayed 20 days. It was hectic yet the experience taught me how to deal with time and discipline. These competencies were instrumental when I joined the Digital Marketing Cell where I am very passionate.
I have had a lot of achievements and little victories that make me motivated. I received two prizes on 15 th August, one as the Best Room Posters and another, 1 st Prize in the Reel-Making Challenge in the CSR Cell on food waste. To complete the celebration, I was also named Mr. Buzz King during Fresher Day. This was a special victory to me since it was closely related to my interest in marketing. It turned out to be a successful venture as the intensive campaigning and innovative work that I undertook bore results and how ISB&M offers a platform to develop your territorial expertise.
The best thing that I did was to get more than 500k views on Instagram after visiting ISB&M and this made me more confident. I am now in the midst of my exams, I am stressed, I am not getting enough sleep, but I am convinced that I will go back to this time later and I will see that the demanding curriculum of ISB&M has been the crucial turning point in my life, as a person and as a business student.
It is but the start of my journey and ISB&M Pune is already moulding me to be a more disciplined, confident and corporate ready person.
